Hi, I’m Phil Wells, MD of Impackta. We all know that in business challenges exist at every turn. Today, I’m pleased to introduce you to an easier, more rewarding way to be in business. Welcome to the world of Impackta. Over three decades, our founders have helped hundreds of companies, owners, managers, and executives to prosper by assisting them in identifying and overcoming thousands of obstacles. We've learnt, and continue to learn, from every one of them. Over time we've amassed volumes of knowledge about just what it takes to run a successful company and to be an effective leader.

We call what we do 'understanding the science of SME'. With core volumes of knowledge, combined with awareness and appreciation of our clients, lead us to develop our own specialist tools. Today, we fulfil our unique pledge – to continue ‘perfecting the science of SME’ – by delivering this knowledge to our clients through three channels:
